The following are the core beliefs of Anthem Church, based on the foundational truths taught in Scripture. All of our teaching and ministry flows out of these biblical doctrines.

Our Core Beliefs
What does Anthem Church believe about God?+
Anthem Church believes there is one eternally existing God in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is the creator of all things, perfect in love, power, holiness, goodness, knowledge, wisdom, justice, and mercy, and he is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
How has God revealed himself, according to Anthem Church?+
Anthem Church believes God has revealed himself to us through his Son, Jesus Christ, who is the visible image of the invisible God. He has also revealed himself through the holy Scriptures and through all of creation itself.
What does Anthem Church teach about humanity?+
Anthem Church teaches that humans, both male and female, were created in God's image for his glory. The first humans were created without sin and were appointed as caretakers of the rest of God's creation.
What does Anthem Church believe about the Fall?+
Anthem Church believes that when Adam and Eve chose not to obey God, they ceased to be what they were made to be and became distorted images of God. That choice fractured their fellowship with him and broke all of creation along with it.
How does Anthem Church say a person is saved?+
Anthem Church believes Jesus Christ came to reconcile us with God, living without sin and willingly dying on the cross to pay the penalty for our sin. God raised him from the dead, and by grace, he offers eternal life as a free gift to all who follow Christ by faith. Salvation, in this belief, is found in Christ alone.
What does Anthem Church believe the Church is for?+
Anthem Church believes the Church is meant to be the visible body of Christ, sent into the world to glorify God and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. It exists to carry that mission out together, not just to gather on its own.
What does Anthem Church believe about Jesus's return and the resurrection?+
Anthem Church believes Jesus Christ is returning one day to judge both the living and the dead. At that time, he will usher in the fullness of God's kingdom on earth.
About Anthem Church
Anthem Church began in 2008 when a small group of people partnered with North Point Community Church to start a church for people who don't like church. For way too long churches have been known for what they're against, Anthem has always been a place known for what we're FOR.
Our mission as a church is to inspire and equip people to follow Jesus. To be an irresistible church for our neighbors, the next generation and the world. We hope no matter where you are on your faith journey, you'll love your time with us and want to come back!
