There’s so much more to Anthem than sitting in rows on Sundays or watching a service online.
We believe circles, or groups, are the best way to make friends and grow spiritually. Finding your people, and taking next steps to grow in your faith, are what Groups are all about.  There are groups for men, women, college students, singles, couples, and short-term groups for special topics! Each group is made up of approximately a dozen people.

Types of Groups

Community Groups  generally consist of approximately 8 – 12 individuals or 4 to 6 couples. Groups generally meet weekly or bi-weekly in homes, restaurants, at Anthem or elsewhere for about a year. Find a group that works for you and request to join! The leaders will let you know what's next!  There are Community Groups for men, women, couples and more.  There are also Community Groups around life stages or interests like: Single Moms, Dads, Foster Care/Adoption, Empty Nesters and others!
Short Term Groups  consist of 8–12 adults who gather to discuss real life and practical faith. These groups typically last 4-6 weeks and are centered around a specific topic. Browse the options to see which group is best for you and experience for yourself why life is better connected.
College Groups  We know Gainesville may just be a stop along your life's journey. While you're here, we want you to have a home away from home.  A College Group at Anthem can help you get connected to some great people, help you grow in your faith and find the home away from home you're looking for.
Starting Point Groups When it comes to exploring faith, it’s natural to have questions.  Unfortunately, church is sometimes the last place you want to bring those questions. We’d like to change that.
