What is Jump Start?
Kids ask big questions, and one of the biggest is, "What does it mean to follow Jesus?" Jump Start is a simple 15-minute conversation designed to help you and your child explore that question together in a way they can understand. You'll also leave with a helpful tool to keep the conversation going at home, in the car, or wherever questions come up.

In about 15 minutes we unpack what it really means to trust Jesus, in plain, kid-sized language.

You'll leave with a simple tool so the conversation keeps going long after Sunday.
Who It's For: Kindergarten Through 5th Grade
If your kid is in K–5th grade, this one's for the two of you to do together. Think of it as the on-ramp to their baptism, no pressure, just a first step.
When: Select Sundays at 10:30 AM, right between our two services.
Where: Upstairs in our Family Ministry building.

Nope, there's no registration needed. Just show up with your kid on any Jump Start Sunday at 10:30 AM, and if you have questions before then, our Family Ministry team would love to help.

Jump Start takes about 15 minutes and happens at 10:30 AM, right between our two Sunday services. That makes it easy to fit into your normal Sunday morning without extra planning.
Does my child have to get baptized the day they do Jump Start?
Not at all, Jump Start is just the first step, a chance to start the conversation about what it means to follow Jesus. There's no pressure and no timeline, and when your kid feels ready for baptism, we'll walk with you from there.
What if my child has a lot of questions during Jump Start?
Honestly, we hope they do, since that's the whole point of Jump Start. You'll leave with a simple tool to help you keep answering those questions together at home.
